Parking Spot Peruser on the Loose!
When our CEO arrived at his place of work today, he was shocked to see that someone had parked in his private, reserved parking spot! Immediately, he did what anyone would do and tried to reach out to tow services. Unfortunately, no independent businesses were available, so he reached out to the LSPD to have the car towed. Rookie Officer Zachary Mantle responded immediately with the appropriate amount of urgency, rushing to the scene. It was then that he informed our CEO of this DASTARDLY criminal.
He's been on the loose for about 60 years and he's never been captured. I've seen this before, you're being targeted.
The Parking Lot Peruser is a serial thief and certified psychopath. According to Officer Mantle, he stalks the streets of our great city of Los Santos looking for parking spots with names on them. Then, he goes and steals a car, parks it in the targeted spot and locks the doors. This DEVIOUSLY BRILLIANT method of terrorism means that no-one can move it without stealing the car themselves, thus perpetuating a terrible cycle of villainy and spreading corruption to innocent civillians.
A description of a possible suspect found near the scene of the crime is a man of Asian descent with short black hair, last seen wearing a navy shirt with kahki pants and a red wrist watch.
